Rsv4 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the rsv4 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rsv4 platform — whether through the website or mobile application — you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the rsv4 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and rsv4 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms shall be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. rsv4 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
The rsv4 platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the required age and that use of this platform is lawful under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Registration & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the rsv4 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without warning. Any balance in accounts closed for this reason may be forfeited.
Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. rsv4 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including copies of valid identification documents. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being suspended until verification is completed.
You are fully responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
- Ensuring no other party accesses your account without authorisation.
- Notify rsv4 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
- Updating your personal information whenever any relevant changes occur.
Rsv4 shall not be held responsible for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the rsv4 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). rsv4 supports a range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and FPX. The list of available payment methods is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Regarding deposits: All deposits are final once confirmed by the system. Cancellation requests for processed deposits will not be entertained. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set according to the selected payment method and may vary between methods.
Regarding withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the name of the rsv4 account holder. rsv4 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawal requests that exceed certain limits. Withdrawal processing times are typically between one and three business days, depending on the chosen method and verification requirements.
Rsv4 does not accept deposits or withdrawals made through third parties. Any transaction found to involve a third party may result in account suspension and the cancellation of the transaction concerned pending investigation.
4. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the rsv4 platform, you agree to use this service lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with all applicable laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal purposes.
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to exploit the system or gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes (collusion).
- Registering multiple accounts to repeatedly claim promotional benefits.
- Sharing or transferring funds between different user accounts without rsv4's authorisation.
- Distributing unlawful, threatening, or harmful content that affects the interests of others through this platform.
Rsv4 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, forfeiting balances, or reporting the matter to the relevant authorities.
5. Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability: rsv4 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from technical errors at all times. rsv4 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect financial losses arising from technical disruptions, system failures, inaccurate information, or any factors beyond our control, including third-party service outages.
Intellectual Property: All content on the rsv4 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, images, software code, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of rsv4 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from rsv4.
Third-Party Links: The rsv4 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services, including payment providers and game providers. rsv4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third-party services. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
6. Changes to Terms, Account Policies & Applicable Law
Amendments to Terms: rsv4 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The date of the last update will be shown at the top of this document. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Account Suspension and Closure: rsv4 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: confirmed or suspected fraud, breach of terms of use, illegal activity, failure to complete identity verification, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to fraud or a breach of terms are not entitled to claim any remaining balance in the account.
Applicable Law: These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the rsv4 platform shall be resolved through the designated channels.
